The trainer is a very useful feature in EA FC 26 and previous games. It displays buttons and useful tips to help learn the game faster. It tells you about a lot of the basics in EA FC, teaching you about the buttons, tactics, and other useful tips so you can learn the game as you play instead of playing through boring tutorials.
While that’s a great feature to help ease new players into the game, it’s a distraction for veteran players. If you have played through previous FIFA/FC games, you already know the game inside out. As such, the trainer just becomes visual clutter.

How To Disable The Trainer In EA FC 26
To disable the distracting trainer in EA FC 26, you first have to get into a match. It can be anything, just get into a match. Once you are there, just pause the match. In the pause menu, you will see the “Trainer” option; select it. It will pull up all the Trainer settings.
Now, if you want to hide everything, just change the first option from Show to Hide. This will disable the Trainer completely. However, if you want to have some features of the Trainer, you can go down the list and manually hide/show each option.
Certain features within the Trainer can be useful, like the Pass Receiver Indicator. It helps you know which player is going to receive the ball. It can be really useful when fighting in the box. It’s completely up to you if you want to disable the trainer completely or have some options enabled. Ultimately, it’s all personal preference.
There are many distracting overlays in EA FC 26, just like the Trainer. Most of them are usually on by default. For example, Playstyle+ Indicator can be distracting if you are already familiar with the team you are playing. But on the other hand, it can be useful if you are playing with a team for the first time.
Most of these settings can be found under the Visual tab. Again, just pause the match, enter settings, and then Visuals. There is a lot of HUD customization you can do here.
