An E-Scooter rider suffered a serious head injury after falling off his scooter on a busy high road.
Police were called to reports of an injured man on Bethnal Green Road at 11am on Wednesday.
They said upon reaching the scene a man, no further details, had fallen from an E-Scooter and suffered a head injury.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “We await an update on his condition.
“At this early stage it is not clear whether he was involved in a collision.
“An incident scene and closures remain at this time.”
