E-paper is just around the corner - again

How many times have we been told that an effective form of e-paper is about to materialise. Well, just possibly, it may be around the corner at last. According to a report in The Business, a small British company's German factory will soon manufacture plastic electronics on a commercial scale. Plastic Logic claims its displays will be portable and durable enough to be used on a train and will offer a similar reading experience to traditional paper. And when will we turn that corner? Evidently, in 2008. (Via Black Enterprise)
