Ohio State and other Big Ten teams have found out there is a fine line between winning and losing, especially in a conference so tough. If you’ve watched any OSU games so far this year, you’ve no doubt noticed that almost every single game against a conference foe comes down to the final minutes of the game. That will likely continue as the Buckeyes head down the home stretch of trying to put together a run to the postseason.
But what separates teams from being able to close things out vs. letting the cookie crumble down the stretch of a game? The ability to close things out can have a serious impact on a team’s overall record and final standings in the league.
Ohio State forward E.J. Liddell has been a fantastic closer, and he spent a couple of minutes talking to the Big Ten Network’s Andy Katz on that topic and more.

Ohio State will next be in action on Sunday against Michigan State where it’ll be going for its third win in a row, and six in its last seven.
