An e-fit image has been released of a man police want to speak to in connection with a sexual assault in County Durham.
The victim was walking along Thorpe Road in Easington shortly before 10pm on Sunday, September 22, when she was approached by a man in his 20s who sexually assaulted her.
Detectives launched an investigation and are searching for a suspect who is described as being white, around 5ft10 of average build with short dark hair.
He was wearing a red zipped tracksuit top, dark tracksuit bottoms, dark trainers and carrying a pint glass.
Anyone with information in relation to this incident or anyone who is able to identify the suspect is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference number 109 of September 23.
