"Men are ... cooking at home more than ever," he declared, before detailing his recent adventures with flageolet beans, fennel and bay-leaf potatoes. "While life will always be too short to stuff a mushroom, stuffing a shoulder of lamb is often the most fun I have all day," Jones confesses. Perhaps editing GQ isn't as enjoyable as it used to be.
