Dwayne Haskins’ first TD pass was a 55-yard beauty that had everybody in awe

The Washington Redskins and their fans hope that rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins will soon be their franchise QB of the future.

And on Thursday night he showed a beautiful flash of what that could look like as he threw his first TD in an NFL uniform.

The No. 15 overall pick in last April’s draft in Nashville had a bit of a rough outing last week in the Redskins’ preseason opener against the Browns.

He seemed to shake that off on this play in Week 2 at home against the Bengals, as he threw this beautiful TD pass on third and long late in the second quarter:
