Dusan Vlahovic transfer plan becomes clear with Arsenal and TWO rivals left in limbo

Juventus have told potential suitors that Dusan Vlahovic will not be sold this summer.

Vlahovic, 23, has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal amongst the teams reportedly interested in his signature. The Serbia international has scored 14 goals in 42 games across all competitions for Juventus this season.

However, Vlahovic has been tipped to leave the Old Lady and make a move to England after struggling to find his best form since his big-money move from Fiorentina. Vlahovic is said to be keen on leaving Juventus and the Premier League could be a possible destination for the forward.

Juventus however insist Vlahovic is not for sale. Juventus chief football officer, Francesco Calvo, told DAZN : "Rumours are not something we can control, but the transfer market hasn’t even opened yet. Dusan is not for sale.

"We are satisfied with the effort he puts in, although everyone in life can do better."

Arsenal have been heavily linked with Vlahovic in the past. The striker is supposedly open to a move to the Gunners as Mikel Arteta tries to bolster his squad for their return to the Champions League next season.

Whether the Spaniard is still open to bringing Vlahovic to the Emirates is another question however. He has signed Gabriel Jesus since being rejected by the Serbian, but while Arsenal may have bolstered their front line in the form of Jesus, his knee injury this term showed that perhaps they remain light in attack.

United are on the lookout for a new forward this summer. Erik ten Hag wants to add a new No.9 to his squad, with Victor Osimhen, Harry Kane and Vlahovic at the top of his shopping list. Marcus Rashford has been United's source of goals this season, having scored an impressive 16 in 33 league appearances.

Speaking last month, Ten Hag said: "Yeah, I think everyone knows, it’s not a secret. Over the whole season, we had a shortage of No. 9s. First we had the dropout of Ronaldo, then Anthony Martial was often not available, Jadon Sancho was often not available, then you have a shortage of frontline players. With less players we have to cover many games, so definitely we need the frontline players who strengthen the squad."

Chelsea are also searching for a new forward this summer and Vlahovic has emerged as a potential target for the Blues as they try and solve their long-standing No.9 crisis. Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang was bought in last August but has failed to deliver, while Romelu Lukaku has spent this season on loan at Inter Milan.

The Belgian is set to return this summer, where he could be offered another chance to kickstart his career in west London under Mauricio Pochettino.
