Antonio Conte's first transfer window as Tottenham Hotspur head coach is just two days away and there are plenty of discussions to be had within the club.
The Spurs head coach made history on Tuesday with his unbeaten run in his first seven league matches a record for a new manager at the north London club in the Premier League era.
Conte has admitted that the club will look to improve the squad if they can find players of the required quality in the coming January transfer window.
The Italian must also decide which Tottenham players he wants to keep in the remainder of the season and which could move on if a suitable bid arrives for their services in the next month.
Then it is down to the club's managing director of football Fabio Paratici to get to work in the transfer market.
There is also the contract situation with captain Hugo Lloris, with the Frenchman able to speak to foreign clubs from Saturday.
