Durty Vegan Burger Club's latest food creation combines fried jam donut, peanut butter and BBQ ribz

If you've followed Glasgow Live for any length of time you'll know we're massive fans of the famous Durty Vegan Burger Club.

The man behind Finnieston favourite DVBC, Mad Chef Danny McLaren, is a household name in the city's food and drink scene, known for his crazy and delicious culinary creations, never failing to wow our taste buds with his daring combinations of meat-free ingredients and flavours.

And, just two days into 2021, we may well have just witnessed his maddest feast of the year - a fried, sugared jam doughnut complete with peanut butter, Oreo spread, the likes of vegan barbecue ribz, sriracha hot sauce and maple syrup, a treat deemed as 'only for the adventurous'.

DVBC took to Instagram this afternoon to announce: "HERES THE MONEY SHOT, as promised, the madness is back.

"Fried sugared jam donut with peanut butter and crushed Oreo spread, loaded with our Louisiana barbecue ribz, sriracha and maple syrup .. only for the adventurous!"

Durty Vegan Burger Club has been offering takeaway since the summer, with some of their post popular burgers - the Classic, Double Cheeze and the Bad Boy - all available for delivery.
