Durham University adjustment and clearing: Contact numbers and vital information

From first thing on results day, phone lines will be open at Durham University for students hoping to find a course through adjustment or clearing.

If you missed out on your original choices, or if you didn’t have an offer before results day, like all universities Durham may have number of places available through clearing which you can apply to.

Make sure you have your grades to hand, and remember, it’s the student applying who needs to make the call - parents or teachers won’t be able to organise it.

Treat the phone call like an interview - you need to convince the person you’re speaking to that the university wants you on its course.

These are also the numbers you’ll need if you want to ask for advice about adjustment, or to get an offer through the adjustment system.
