Dunkin' Donuts is set to open its first doughnut and coffee shop in Manchester city centre next week.
The American fast food brand has secured a site on Deansgate, where it will neighbour the legendary Katsouris Deil.
The world-famous doughnut chain, which launched in 1950 in Massachusetts, is rapidly expanding across the UK.
Dunkin' Donuts opened its first Greater Manchester store at The Rock in Bury just before Christmas.

This latest opening - its 10th in the UK - will be the first in Manchester city centre.
It will be taking over the unit left vacant by Over Under Coffee, a London cafe brand that quietly closed down last year after less than two years in the city.
Its world-famous doughnuts will be baked fresh every day, and available to takeaway or order through UberEats.
When lockdown restrictions ease, there will be seating inside for customers too.
Alongside their famous Boston creme and strawberry frosted ring doughnuts, Dunkin's menu features doughnuts like Lotus Biscoff crumb, rocky road and Munchkins (mini bite-size doughnuts). .
The new takeaway at 111 Deansgate will open on Monday February 8.
