Robbie Fraser has left Rangers to sign for Dunfermline Athletic on a permanent deal.
The young left-sided player, who can operate in defence or further forward, spent last season on loan at Livingston in the Championship and now returns to the second tier on a permanent basis.
He has penned a three-year deal with Dunfermline, who have ambitious plans under new owner James Bord and manager Neil Lennon.
Fraser told his new club's website: "I’m at a stage in my career where I’ve come out of that younger phase. I want to get games, I want to show that I’m more than capable of holding my own.

Dunfermline also confirmed the signing of Peruvian attacking midfielder Jefferson Cáceres from Sheffield United.
