Dundee MSP Joe FitzPatrick has sent his congratulations to locally trained figure skaters who shot to victory in the British Ice Skating Championships.
Six skaters who train in the city at the Dundee Ice Arena beside Camperdown Park scored highly in the championships, which took place at the iceSheffield arena in Yorkshire earlier this month.
Dundee skater Natasha McKay notched up victory in the senior women's short programme for the fifth time, scoring a personal best of 169.69 points.
Her unassailable victory was assured after finishing a dozen points ahead of the silver medallist - Dundee skater and former British champion Karly Robertson.

Local skater Danielle Harrison completed a trio of top Dundee performers in the senior women's short programme, scoring a respectable fifth place.
Elsewhere, Anastasia Vaipan-Law and Luke Digby claimed first place in the senior pairs competition, narrowly beating out four-time consecutive winners Zoe Jones and Christopher Boyadji.
And Lucy Hay and Kyle McLeod won the Advanced Novice Pairs Championship.
Skaters convened on Sheffield between November 30 and December 5 for the championships, with medals and trophies dished out across 18 categories to recognise the most skilled and stylish athletes in the country.
SNP man FitzPatrick lodged his congratulatory message as a motion in the Scottish Parliament yesterday.
The Dundee City East MSP's submission calls for fellow members to "recognise the success of the Dundee figure skating team [and] the continued success of Dundee Ice Arena's figure skaters".
Commenting on the team's national success, he added: "Well done to everyone involved at Ice Dundee for yet another successful championships."
