Dundalk stages another eight-race card this afternoon where course stalwart Yuften looks the banker bet, in the Dundalk Stadium Claiming Race.
A six-time winner in this grade, the 86-rated eight-year-old is having his first start for trainer Noel Kelly, who claimed him following his recent defeat of Merricourt over course and distance, and should add to his spoils here.
Denis Hogan’s Sceptical, bought from Godolphin and a close third to Yale here on his only start, is expected to reverse placing with runner-up My Excelsa in the Crowne Plaza Maiden.
And, seventh in the maiden won by stable- companion Music To My Ears on her first outing since joining Joseph O’Brien, Capel At Dawn should defy top-weight in the nursery.
