Duncan James has paid an emotional tribute to late pal Sarah Harding, who died of breast cancer in September.
The former Blue member took to his Instagram on Wednesday and shared an old photo with the Girls Aloud star, as he told fans he hopes she is "resting in peace".
Duncan remembered the star during Strictly the Real Full Monty, which sees celebrities recreate the famous striptease scene from 1997 movie The Full Monty in a bid to raise awareness of life-saving cancer checks.
Duncan said stripping on TV in memory of his pal was “emotional and terrifying”.

Alongside the image of Duncan and Sarah taken at a star-studded event, he wrote: "We all know someone who has sadly had cancer or lost their battle with this horrible disease.
"I pray Sarah is resting in peace now and smiling down with all the love and affection she’s been getting from you all.
"Doing strictly the real full Monty, was my way to pay tribute to Sarah and all those who lost their battle.
"Let’s all remember to check ourselves and not feel ashamed to tell someone or seek medical advise. Big love to all the #strfm team and hope you all enjoyed watching the show #rememberingsarah."

He encouraged his followers to check in themselves as he paid tribute to the songstress.
On his Full Monty performance, Duncan said: "This was way scarier than performing with Blue, but I hope it encourages people to check themselves.
"We did gigs with Girls Aloud… I was closest to Sarah. I felt very sad when I found out she had cancer. With the whole Covid thing, she didn’t want people to go and see her."
Duncan told how he last messaged Sarah a month before she died and felt “helpless”.
He was also inspired to take part in the show after seeing another close friend, Anastasia, battle breast cancer twice.
He says: “As well as Sarah, one of my best friends is Anastasia. I have been with her when she has gone through breast cancer twice. We are so close, and it was really tough.
“Cancer is horrible. I hope people will check themselves regularly. And if they do see any lumps, it is so important to definitely not leave it and think it will be alright.”
