Duncan Bannatyne moves into stunning new apartment in Miami with jaw-dropping balcony

Dragons' Den star Duncan Bannatyne has been showing off his new apartment in Miami.

The entrepreneur — worth £300 million — took to his Instagram Stories to give people a glimpse of his spacious new pad.

Duncan and his wife Nigora still have their gorgeous villa in Portugal but the couple have decided to splash out on a new swanky flat in Miami.

"Moving in day," he captioned the post which showed a gigantic living room that leads to a balcony.

The businessman was in the process of unpacking and had bits of furniture leaning against a bookcase and the adjacent wall.

After fully moving in, Duncan returned to Instagram to show off his finished home.

"Chilling in the new house," he wrote.

The spacious room included two grey rugs, a glass table close to the balcony and a comfortable white couch.

On the balcony, two more couches could be seen looking out into the city.

Duncan — and his wife Nigora — spent most of last year's lockdown at the £5 million villa.

Nigora is Duncan's third wife after previously tying the knot with Gail Brodie and Joanne McCue, in 1987 and 2006 respectively.

He returned to Portugal from London in May 2020, a few weeks after furloughing 2,500 members of staff at his fitness clubs across the UK.

The Dragons' Den star, who is worth £300million, said he was left stranded in London when the lockdown started and spent six weeks staying with friends as he didn’t have a home in the city.

The 72-year-old star, who is originally from Clydebank, declared he had "repatriated" himself back to Portugal with Nigora.

In a post on Twitter at the time, he wrote: "I have repatriated myself & my family back to my home in Portugal after being locked down in London due to bad timing.

"Luckily I had friends that gave me a place to stay in London but it is good to be home.... Lockdown will start to ease of [sic] this Monday."
