Police have discovered the body of a man in Coatbridge.
Emergency services were called to the Dunbeth Park area of the North Lanarkshire town at 6.45am this morning.
Police say his death is not believed to be suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "Around 6.45am this morning, the body of a man was found in the Dunbeth Park area of Coatbridge.
"Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding his death are ongoing, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
