Dumped Love Islander Kaila Troy has moaned she had to go through a longer interview process than fellow contestants.
The Dubliner was one of six females to enter the Casa Amor villa last month, alongside Mary Bedford, Amy Day, Clarisse Juliette, Lillie Haynes and fellow Irish woman Salma Naran.
Failing to find love and make it into the main villa, the 28-year-old DJ’s journey was cut short when Casa Amor ended, and she was sent home.
Kaila has now lifted the lid on how she got onto the show, saying she had to go through a “very f*****g long process”.
She said: “So guys, you know I document everything right, so with that being said, the good news is, I documented my whole experience leading up to Love Island, what I had to go through.
“My process was a very f*****g long process,
and I know for a fact my process was completely different to all the other contestants on the show.”
Kaila, who is in Chicago with her sister, teased fans that she will release a video showcasing the steps to get on the series.
It comes as Belfast man Matthew MacNabb, 25, was the last Irish contestant to be dumped from the Love Island
villa on Wednesday night.
He left the programme after Priya Gopaldas opted to couple up
with Brett Staniland during a recoupling on Wednesday’s episode of the ITV2 dating show.
Matthew said: “I feel proud of the journey I went on and I stayed
true to myself.
"I met some amazing people there that I’ll be friends with for life.
"I feel very positive about the whole situation, I’m happy.”
