Dumfries & Galloway coronavirus figures for Thursday, November 19

A further 10 people in Dumfries and Galloway have tested positive for coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

It takes the number of cases in the region since the start of the pandemic to 1,087.

Of those, 215 have been in November with 54 in the past week.

On Wednesday, just three new cases were revealed – the smallest single day increase since October 6.

In Scotland, a further 1,089 cases have been revealed today, taking the total to 85,612.

There are 1,212 people in hospital with 89 in intensive care.

A further 50 people have died, taking the total to 3,427.
