Dumfries and Galloway West Highland Terrier owners encouraged to enjoy a Westie Walk

Dog owners are being encouraged to go West-ie later this month.

Sarah Morris has called on all West Highland Terrier pawrents to come and enjoy a Westie Walk at Dock Park on Saturday, April 16 at midday.

Canine lovers will walk through Dock Park before heading to the Swan at Kingholm Quay.

Anyone with a Westie is encouraged to come along.

Founder of the Dumfries and Galloway Westie Walks, Sarah Morris, said: “All Westie pawrents are invited to the Dumfries Westie walk.

“We intend to walk to the Swan at Kingholm Quay for, fingers crossed, alfresco lunch in the garden. Members of Ayrshire Westie walks
are more than welcome and the more the merrier.

“Let’s get our fur babies to take over the park.”
