Dumfries and Galloway curlers enjoy success in Stu Sells Oakville Tankard

Dumfries and Galloway curlers are celebrating Canadian success in the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard.

Kirkgunzeon’s Grant Hardie and Stranraer pair Bobby Lammie and Hammy McMillan were part of Bruce Mouat’s successful rink in the Stu Sells Series.

After defeating Colton Flasch’s team 8-2 in the A final, they dispatched Jason Gunnlaugson 7-3 in the quarters.

They then edged the semi-final against Matt Dunstone’s rink 4-3 before defeating Brad Jacobs 5-3 in the final to lift the trophy.
