A total of 1,792 people in Dumfries and Galloway have now tested positive since the start of the year.
A further 24 people tested positive in the past 24 hours, taking the overall total to 3,497.
There are currently 64 people in hospital, down from 67 yesterday. The number in intensive care is now at 11, compared to 12 on Monday.
In Scotland, a further 1,049 people have tested positive, taking the total to 174,002.
There are 2,010 in hospital with 149 in intensive care.
An additional 87 deaths have been recorded, taking the total to 5,796.
