Dumfries and Galloway coronavirus figures for Monday, February 1

There are currently 64 people being treated in Dumfries and Galloway for coronavirus.

That's 15 more on Friday. There are 11 people in intensive care, compared to 10 on Friday.

Over the weekend, 80 people tested positive. There were 32 cases on Saturday, with 29 on Sunday and 19 today.

It takes the total for 2021 to 1,974 with 3,679 overall.

Across Scotland, 848 people tested positive today, taking the overall total to 180,533.

There are currently 1,958 people in hospital with 143 in intensive care.

A further 72 people have died over the weekend, taking the total to 6,112.
