Dumbarton pupils' eye-catching climate change message

Forward-thinking pupils from St Patrick’s Primary are making an eye-catching stand on climate action.

The students at the Dumbarton school are reminding world leaders “there is no planet B” as they raise awareness ahead of COP26 next month.

The conference of the parties will see delegates from all over the world come to Glasgow to discuss climate change and actions which can be taken to save our planet.

Some of St Patrick’s ‘climate champions’ came up with the slogan and pupils were arranged so their message could be seen clear from the air, as these stunning aerial pictures show.

Nicola Sturgeon will also be alerted to the important message as the picture has been submitted to Keep Scotland Beautiful to feature in a photobook which will be gifted to the First Minister.
