Dumbarton MSP hopeful Toni Giugliano praised his team for "working their socks off" as he awaits the result in Dumbarton.
Speaking as he arrived, Toni said: "I am hopeful that we will get a result soon.
"We have run a fantastic campaign, my team have worked their socks off. We wanted to run a very positive campaign about change for the local area, and to have strong representation from an SNP MSP who could deliver and bring investment to the area."
A result is expected within the next hour, with the Labour majority in 2016 just 109 votes.
