Dumbarton candidate Jackie Baillie says "it's going to be close"

Labour's Jackie Baillie says "it's going to be close" as she arrived at the Dumbarton constituency election count.

The politician, who has held the seat since 1999 but faces tough opposition from the SNP's Toni Giugliano, says she and her team had "a great time campaigning".

She told the Lennox Herald: "It's going to be close. It was always going to be close. We had a great time campaigning and talking to people.

"At the end of the day, it's up to the electorate and we will see what way it will go."

Five years ago, Ms Baillie won the seat with a minority vote of just 109, making it the most marginal seat in the country.
