A Dumbarton cafe is hosting a fundraiser for local cancer services this Tuesday.
You’ll Love Our Home Bakes on Glasgow Road is looking forward to welcoming Dumbarton FC boss Stevie Farrell as part of the special event.
All proceeds from sales within the shop and a raffle will be donated to the oncology unit at Vale of Leven Hospital.
Last year, cafe owner Gayle McCallum raised £1100 and she is hoping to raise even more this time around with the Macmillan world’s biggest coffee morning event.
Gayle said: “Gerry O’Hare and staff at the oncology unit rely on donations to make the unit comfortable for their patients - come on Dumbarton let’s make this year the best one yet.”
