Duke and Duchess of Cambridge pay first visit to week-old nephew Archie

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have met their new nephew Archie more than a week after he was born.

Kate and William met Harry and Meghan's week-old son for the first time in private on Tuesday.

Archie, who is seventh in line to the throne, has already met his great-grandparents the Queen and Prince Philip, and his grandmother Doria Ragland.

Princess Diana's older sister Lady Jane Fellowes was also among the first to meet little Archie.

Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall are yet to meet one-week-old Archie.

Harry on Tuesday said is having sleepless nights since the arrival of the baby, but that he cannot imagine life without him.

The Duke of Sussex chatted about fatherhood during a series of engagements in Oxford, including a visit to the city’s children’s hospital.

Harry visited the city on his first full day of work in the UK since the birth of his and Meghan's son last Monday. He had visited Amsterdam last week.
