A sneak thief is being hunted after he preyed on a used car dealership.
He was spotted trying car doors early on Monday night.
The duffle coat-wearing crook, who had his face concealed, targeted the cars at Overburn Motors in Paisley’s Neilston Road.
But it’s not thought he managed to get away with anything from the well-known sales centre.

Paisley Police Inspector Tracy Harkins said: “We received a report of a male acting suspiciously and trying car doors within the yard.
“He had his face covered and we are looking for witnesses to come forward.
“It happened around 8.45pm so we are keen to speak to anyone who saw him.”
Darkness had just fallen as the prowler checked out the motors.
