Dubravka back and a new striker partnership - the big changes Newcastle fans want to see tonight

Newcastle United's hunt for points - and goals - goes on this evening as they take on Leeds United at St James' Park.

Steve Bruce's side come into the game against Marcelo Bielsa's Premier League new boys in a terrible run of form, with their last victory coming back in December.

The Magpies head coach has come under criticism for changing his tactics and players on a regular basis as he tries to find a winning formula.

Apart from a gritty goalless draw with champions Liverpool, nothing has worked for Newcastle in recent weeks, so should we expect more changes tonight.

There are injuries to contend with as always, with Ciaran Clark, Fede Fernandez and Paul Dummett ruled out, meaning Bruce's options at the back are limited.

But fans want to see a few more changes, with some key players welcomed back.

We asked you to pick your Newcastle XI from the squad available tonight, and this is the side most commonly chosen.

The big talking points would be a recall for goalkeeper Martin Dubravka, despite Karl Darlow's impressive form this season.

Up front, Dwight Gayle is in to lead the lead alongside Callum Wilson, while Ryan Fraser AND Allan Saint-Maximin have been selected.

Bruce has suggested tonight's game will be too early to start the flying Frenchman, but he is likely to play some part from the bench.

It would be all change in midfield too, with Isaac Hayden and Matty Longstaff reprising their midfield partnership.

How close will this be to Bruce's actual XI? Team news is at 5pm tonight, and you can follow it all live right here.
