A wet and thundery day is ahead for Dublin, with a weather warning set to kick in this evening.
Met Eireann is warning of a high risk of 'thunderstorm asthma' as pollen levels are very high due to the thunder in the atmosphere.
The yellow warning will come into place .
Rain will turn thundery, although temperatures will be around 15C.
Met Eireann says: "Cloudy today with some light patchy rain at first. Outbreaks of showery rain will move up from the south late in the morning. The rain will be heavy and possibly thundery at times. Highest temperatures of 14 or 15 degrees, in light to moderate easterly breezes.
"Further outbreaks of showery rain overnight with a continuing risk of thundery downpours. Mild and humid overnight with light breezes and patches of mist and fog. Overnight lows of 11 or 12 degrees."
There will be more of the same for Monday - although the pollen levels will lower slightly.
