A beautiful morning in Dublin is set to take a turn later today with heavy showers and thunderstorms on the horizon.
While temperatures will reach 16C in the capital, the late afternoon and early evening will see quite a change.
And it's a sign of things to come over the next week, as the unsettled conditions stick around.
It will be a clear night in the capital, with a bit of mist and fog.
Met Eireann says: "This morning will be dry, with sunny spells, but scattered showers will develop in the afternoon, some of them turning heavy, with a risk of scattered thunderstorms, especially in the late afternoon and early evening.
"Maximum temperatures 15 or 16 Celsius, in mostly light southwesterly breezes.
"Becoming dry overnight, with clear spells. Winds will become light variable or calm and a few mist or fog patches may develop. Minimum temperatures 6 or 7 Celsius."
As for Monday, it will be more of the same for Dublin.
Temperatures are expected to reach 18C on Tuesday, but conditions will continue to be mixed.
From Wednesday through to next Sunday it looks like we're heading toward more unsettled weather with sunshine and rain dominating.
Met Eireann continued: "Monday morning will be dry at first, with sunny spells, but scattered showers will develop during the day, some of them possibly heavy, with a slight risk of thunder, but they'll die out in the evening.
"Maximum temperatures 14 or 15 Celsius, in light northerly or variable breezes.
