Dublin vs Mayo weather: Plenty of rain expected for All-Ireland semi-final

Dublin and Mayo fans and players alike are set for an unsettled day tomorrow for their All-Ireland Football semi-final, with plenty of rain expected to fall.

According to Met Eireann, tomorrow will will bring a mix of bright or sunny spells and showers, but many of the showers will be heavy, merging to give longer spells of rain in places, with a risk of thundery downpours and flash flooding.

Temperatures will be between 17 and 21C, so while we won't be expecting any winter jackets in Croke Park, the ponchos and hoodies should be out in force.

But those temperatures will drop to as low as 11C on Saturday night with rain set to stick around overnight as fans make their way back into the city.

It's better news for Kerry and Tyrone fans, however, as Sunday will be a much fresher and cooler day with isolated showers possibly taking place as the day goes on.

Temperatures will hit highs of 17C and will stay mostly dry with some light winds.
