Dublin teenager believed to be victim in 'critical condition' after brutal Enniskillen stabbing

A young person left in critical condition after a stabbing in Northern Ireland over the weekend is believed to be a Dublin teenager.

PSNI officers rushed to the scene of the horrific incident, involving a number of men with weapons, in Enniskillen on April 11 shortly after 8:40pm.

When they arrived at the bloody attack, they discovered two men with wounds to their legs, both requiring hospital treatment.

One of the men, now currently fighting for his life in hospital, is understood to be a teenage boy from the capital.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "It is believed that another man involved in the incident had left the scene before officers arrived and enquiries are ongoing to determine his whereabouts.

"Detectives would ask anyone with information or with any video footage of the altercation to contact them at Enniskillen on 101 quoting reference number 2257 11/04/20."

Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
