Renters in Dublin have vented their anger about a one-bed shed that is currently being advertised on daft.ie.
The house to rent in Dublin 7 is being described as perfect for a 'first time renter' in the capital.
The 'newly-built, one-bedroom log cabin' has "all new kitchen appliances and furniture as well as a patio area".
The bedroom has one bathroom as well as wardrobe space beside the room and is being advertised for €1,200 a month.
Dubliners were quick to criticise the one bed and bath property with one person commenting on the size of the house saying that the "bed is the bath".
Another said: "€1,200 for a shed is ridiculous but I've seen (and considered renting) much, much worse looking places than this. "

They added: "These 'sheds' are actually pretty common and comfortable in other countries."
A few commenters tried to play Devil's Advocate by saying that the place is "double-glazed" and added "you could insulate and heat one of these things to be lovely and warm. Just because it's a shed, doesn't mean that it necessarily has to be freezing".
Another said: "I pay the same for a 'Granny Flat' aka shed about that size but in worse condition in Tallaght for €1,100/month. At least this place appears to have a better location."
