Dublin nightclubs: Tickets for Diceys and Coppers final parties on sale while popular pair announce new opening times

Popular Dublin nightclub pair Diceys and Copper Face Jacks are selling tickets for their final night before curfew parties - while at least two other clubs have announced they will just open earlier instead.

From tomorrow, nightclubs, pubs and restaurants across the country will have to close at midnight as Covid-19 cases continue to soar across the country.

If you're looking for one last 3am session, then tonight in Coppers or iceys is the last opportunity for at least the next two weeks.

The free tickets are mandatory to get entry into Coppers, but it doesn't guarantee entry with admittance on a first-come-first-served basis.

The first 100 people inside before 10pm will get in for free of charge with a €10 door fee required after.

The Coppers event is an over-23s event and there will be checks of Digital Covid Certs and ID. tickets are available here.

Meanwhile, just around the corner at Diceys, the nightclub is hosting a "One Last Party" event that's strictly over-19s.

It starts at 9pm and will run until 2:30am and, like Coppers, Diceys staff will be inspecting Digital Covid Certs and ID at the door before allowing people inside.

Tickets are available at Eventbrite and cost between €11 and €17, and you can buy them by clicking here.

Meanwhile, two nightclubs in Dublin City Centre have announced that they will operate earlier hours when the midnight curfew is introduced.

Ian Redmond from Tramline Nightclub has confirmed that the venue will operate from 7pm until midnight instead of 10pm to 3am.

And Pygmalion, on South William Street, has also confirmed earlier opening hours once the curfew comes into effect.

From Friday, Pyg confirmed they will be opening "the vaults from the earlier time of 9pm this Friday and Saturday night, and Secret Thursdays from 8pm."
