Dublin nightclubs: Legendary Dicey's Garden to finally reopen this weekend

Dicey's Garden nightclub will open their doors for the first time in almost two years this weekend.

The Harcourt Street venue is well known for its cheap drinks and large outdoor area.

Krystle and Diceys, which share a building, decided not to reopen last weekend due to a 'lack of clarity' from the Government on how they can operate.

However, Dicey's took to Instagram to share the reopening news with fans of the nightclub.

They wrote: "We're back, Doors from 4pm this Sunday!! Tickets on sale from Thursday. Watch this space."

The Sunday night event will feature a drinks promo with pints on sale for as little as €3.

The Government are still finalising the Covid-19 rules which will see all punters needing to purchase a ticket an hour in advance of the event.

This is being introduced in order to keep control of numbers entering nightclubs. This new rule is also being introduced to "help facilitate contact tracing and to avoid massed congregation outside venues from walk-up customers".

Tickets will need to be booked one hour in advance of arrival at a nightclub. Only those with tickets will be allowed to queue and no congregating is allowed outside entrances.

The new system is set to be introduced by Thursday.
