Dublin has been named the third most expensive city for holiday rental properties in the world.
This doesn't come as a surprise as the capital is known for its expensive properties and sky-high rents.
In 2020, Dublin saw one of the steepest year-over-year increases in rent in Europe at just over 6%.
The average price of a holiday rental in the capital is €151.84 behind Amsterdam in the Netherlands (€178.24) and Las Vegas, US (€160.91).
Additionally Dublin ranked ahead of New York where the average price of a room was €148.54, figures from InsureMyTrip revealed.
