Violent young Dublin mum threatened garda 'I’ll f**king get you, g**bag'

A mum of two who shouted “I’ll f**king get you” at gardai warning them to be “very careful if you know who I am” as they arrested her partner has been convicted of public order offences.

Chloe O’Brien (22) also told Garda Doireann Byrne she is “a f**king g**bag,” and threatened to “f**king get her” after she was told to leave the area, Swords District Court heard.

O’Brien, of Cromcastle Court, Kilmore, Dublin 5, was found guilty in her absence of using threatening and abusive behaviour and failing to comply with garda direction at Coast Road in Malahide on February 25.

Garda Byrne said a large group of people were drinking on the Coast Road just after 1am when O’Brien launched her tirade of abuse.

“She was extremely violent, swinging her arms and had to be restrained and handcuffs placed on her,” she added.

Judge Dermot Dempsey said he was satisfied there was clear evidence she was cautioned twice and convicted O’Brien, issuing a bench warrant for the purpose of sentencing her.
