Dublin legends Aslan announce live show in Cork this October Bank Holiday

With an amazing line-up of gigs in over 70 venues across Cork City, this year’s Guinness Cork Jazz Festival is set to be bigger and better than ever.

Plus for those outside the rebel county, it’s looking like it’s going to be well worth making the trip. Even more so now Dublin band Aslan have officially announced they’ll be playing the swish Cork Opera House next Friday, 25 October.

This year, the Crazy World hitmakers have been busy touring their classic Goodbye Charlie Moonhead album to celebrate its 25 year anniversary. The Cork Opera House gig marks the first time they’ll perform at this iconic mixed seated and standing venue.

Over the summer, the working class heroes performed at the Iveagh Gardens for the third year in a row to a packed-out and energetic audience.

So if you missed out first time around, now’s your chance to catch the lads during one of the biggest weekends on the Cork calendar – with plenty of other events on offer. Sure you’d be mad to miss it!

Tickets for Aslan at Guinness Cork Jazz festival on Friday 25 October are available now. This event is strictly over 18s.
