The state broadcaster, RTE is seeking applicants for an entry-level position at the RTE Credit Union in Dublin 4.
The job is for the position of members service officer and will be based in RTE's Donnybrook campus.
The contract being offered is for permanent full time with the successful candidate reporting to the Head of Operations.
The main role of the position will include carrying out general administration and general operational activities that help the Credit Union run smoothly every day.
The Credit Union has a small team so every member has a crucial role to play and need to have a good knowledge of the product range and services on offer.
Some of the day-to-day activities the applicant will be involved with include:
- Account transactions
- Account queries
- Member applications
- Loan applications
- AML
The sort of qualifications and experience the ideal candidate will have include:
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience working in a frontline role within a credit union or similar financial institution ideal but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong team work ability
- QFA/CUA preferable but not essential
