Dublin jobs: Immedis to create 230 new positions as it expands its office in the capital and Kilkenny

Irish company Immedis will create 230 jobs after a €25million investment.

The business, which develops payroll, tax and software services for multinational companies, will fill the roles by the end of next year.

Recruitment for the new positions will begin immediately.

Taxback financial technology group founder Terry Clune started the company, which already employs 170 people, in 2016.

Immedis is now growing the workforce to 400 after a €25million investment from Scottish Equity Partners (SEP).

The new jobs will be in tax, compliance, IT, software development, marketing, finance, and sales, RTE reports.

The roles will be located at Immedis' offices in Dublin and Kilkenny as well as its foreign facilities.

Also, HR bosses at An Post are on the hunt for friendly faces to join their crack team of TV licence inspectors in the capital.

They have put out a release saying they need more "outdoor temporary, part-time TV licence inspectors" for Dublin.

The lucky candidate must have experience working with customers and be energetic, enthusiastic and dependable.

They will also need to have a flexible attitude and approach to work and a strong sense of commitment to high standards, while providing service quality and customer satisifcation.

The position is for 21 hours per week and the times are: Monday and Thursday 4-9pm, Friday 9am-1pm and Saturday 10am-7pm.
