Dublin homeowners raising money for good causes with festive Christmas lights displays

These are the houses that have lit up Dublin for a good cause this Christmas.

As other houses’ seasonal illuminations dazzled, it is heart-warming to see the outpouring of creative generosity from people across the county.

And they’ve decked more than just the halls with their displays and each are raising money for a cause close to their hearts.

William Tilly’s Christmas home in Ringsend is illuminated each year to raise money for Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services.

Josie’s seasonal display house in Crumlin is raising funds for the charity Alone.

Meanwhile, the Christmas house in Palmerstown is raising money for Dylan Lester.

The seven-year-old suffers from cerebral palsy.

His family are fundraising to help ongoing assistance and upgrades to their home.

This will help Dylan, who is quadriplegic, increase his mobility.
