Dublin Fire Brigade to the rescue as they free toddlers trapped in flat in Dublin

The heroes from Dublin Fire Brigade have come to the rescue again as they have freed two toddlers who became accidentally trapped in a flat in Drimnagh.

It is not yet known how the toddlers became trapped in the flat, but a 10.5 metre ladder was used to gain access to it.

Luckily, it was a happy ending for all involved as the children came to no harm.

The firefighters took to Twitter to confirm the children had been freed from the house.

They said: "A crew from Dolphins Barn have released two toddlers who were accidentally locked in a flat in Drimnagh.

"A 10.5 metre ladder was used to gain access through a window in to the flat.

"The children are no worse for wear".
