These are the shocking pictures of the aftermath of a two truck collision on the M50 J9 Red Cow Southbound
Dublin Fire Brigade shared images of the incident which lead to heavy delays on the motorway.
The photos show the front of one of the trucks involved, which seems to have ploughed into the back of the other.
Firefighters attended the scene to help those affected and to clear the damage.
DFB explained the reason for the delay on their social media post.
They said "HGV collisions require more resources & take longer to deal with. Apologies for the hold up"
It is believed neither of the truck drivers were injured from the collision.
