They've discovered a bizarre way to create a mini Star Wars moment in your own home.
It involves a simple smoke alarm and a light saber - if you happen to have one handy.
Apparently, if you light the sabre and hold it against he button used to test your smoke alarm, it causes an otherworldly green glow at the top of the alarm.
They tweeted: "We made a discovery this week… Something intergalactic happens when you use a lightsaber to test your smoke alarms, try it out on StarWarsDay MayThe4thBeWithYou."
