Dublin Fire Brigade battled a dramatic North Dublin playground fire before 25 firefighters rushed to a blazing south Dublin home on back-to-back nights.
The DFB were forced to come out to a children's playground in Coolock on Monday night as a large fire lit up the darkness just metres from teams doing sports training.
A video shared by the DFB on Twitter showed the moment the raging blaze was finally put out.
Locals reacted in shock, with one saying: "What is wrong with these people that they think destroying a child's playground is great craic?"
Another added: "It just ruins kids from having fun."
And on Tuesday night, a massive DFB team was dispatched to Cabinteely after a home went up in flames.
Twenty five firefighters in total were present at the scene on Brennanstown Road, along with four pumps, a hydraulic platform and a high-volume environmental unit.
Thankfully the property was vacant at the time, and no injuries were reported at either scene.
It's the second blaze on Brennanstown Road in a matter of days, as brave firefighters tackled a massive blaze at a home on August 14.
