Dublin fans have come out in force to blast one of their own "supporters" who allegedly tried to scale a pole and set a Tyrone flag on fire in Omagh.
Hundreds of fans reacted in disgust to the man who allegedly tried it while leaving Healy Park after yesterday's win.
Fans had been mingling greatly before and after the game with both teams knowing they were guaranteed a spot in the semi-finals regardless of the result.
Dublin came out on top winning by 1-16 to 0-13. But one "Dublin fan's" actions leaving the venue left everyone in disgust.
Writing in supporter group Dublin GAA Fans, one said: "When leaving the venue in Omagh yesterday a so called Dublin supporter scaled the flag pole and attempted to set the Tyrone flag alight.
"Every single Dublin supporter to a man, woman and child booed him and screamed him down.
"You do not interfere with anybody’s flag. Very proud of the Dublin supporters. Five Alive!"
Many other witnesses then came forward saying the fan had let them down.
One said: "Terrible , I hope he's found and banned. Yesterday was great between Dublin and Tyrone fans. Very sorry about this."
Another said: "The positive outcome was every true blue Dublin fan let their objection be known."
A Tyrone supporter also waded in saying: "We all seem to have 'one' ..fair play to those who got him down....was a pleasure having rest of all well behaved Dub supporters in our town yesterday."
