While the winning shop has yet to be revealed, players in the area are being urged to check their tickets.

Over 55,000 players won prizes in last night's EuroMillions draw.

The big win comes a day after the winners of a €11.2 million Lotto jackpot got in touch with the Abbey Street HQ.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at the Spar Service Station in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow.

This was 6th Lotto jackpot win this year with jackpot prizes alone totalling over €40.7 million.
